With over six years of competitive lacrosse experience and a background as a Division I athlete, I bring a deep understanding of the game, a strong work ethic, and a passion for developing players both on and off the field. My time competing at the highest collegiate level taught me the value of discipline, strategic thinking, and team culture—foundations I now bring into every coaching opportunity. I focus on building complete athletes by emphasizing fundamentals, game IQ, and character. Whether working with beginners or advanced players, my goal is to foster growth, confidence, and a love for the sport.

I am a lifelong student and steward of the game of lacrosse, with over 18 years of playing, coaching, and officiating experience. I competed internationally at the 2018 U21 World Championships and recently concluded my collegiate career at the University of Kansas, where I served as a team captain. During my time at KU, I also served as an assistant coach and defensive coordinator while managing the program’s social media, public relations, and NIL efforts to support program growth and athlete branding. I also have over eight years of officiating experience, working more than 350 games across all levels from 8U through high school. I was chosen as a lead official and was entrusted with training new officials, helping foster a strong pipeline of referees in my community. I am also incredibly passionate about giving back to the sport. I have taught lacrosse to underprivileged youth, families, and community groups to share the game’s values of resilience, teamwork, and joy with the next generation. My dedication to lacrosse is rooted in a belief that the game is a lifelong teacher, and I look forward to continuing to serve the sport in Colorado.

I started playing tennis at 14 under professional training, but truly fell in love with the game battling anyone willing to step on the court at the local university. Over time, that passion grew into mentoring and coaching others, helping players develop their skills, confidence, and love for tennis. For the last 5 years I've been coaching friends and decided to turn that into something more professional. I am good at building a strong foundation where you can build to be really good.

Baseball is my first love. I’m 30 years old, but I’ve been obsessed with the game for 24 years. My favorite thing about baseball is the situational awareness needed to succeed, the high IQ, and the strategy. Growing up, I had so many great coaches in travel, little league, and high school. I went to camps with professional athletes that emphasized fundamental and technical soundness merged with baseball intelligence. I suffered an injury and had to stop playing competitively, but I’d love to help teach the fundamentals and the strategy to have an edge in this beautiful game.

I'm an NSCA-CPT and former 3-year NCAA DII soccer captain with 19 years of elite athletic experience and 9+ years of coaching. My training blends high-performance conditioning with injury prevention, drawing from years of working directly with collegiate athletic trainers. I began coaching in 2025 after a five-year break from lacrosse following college. I currently serve as Head JV Coach and Varsity Offensive Coordinator at Lewis-Palmer High School as well as coaching Club with Buffalo Lacrosse. My focus is helping athletes grow both on and off the field through skill development, accountability, and confidence. As a former Division II midfielder, I bring high-level offensive experience and a passion for preparing players for the next level.

My name is Lainie and I just finished my softball career as a pitcher and hitter. I am very passionate about the game of softball and the nuances of pitching. I have vast experience in working as a division 1 manager at the University of Northern Colorado and a four year playing career at Colorado Christian University (NCAA D2) and Montana State University Billings (NCAA D2). I am interested in working with young pitchers who are looking to learn fundamentals and find their passion for the game.
