Football has been a major part of my life as a player and coach. I’ve spent 10 years working with young athletes and also coached at the high school level, including serving as a Defensive Coordinator and developing WRs and DBs. I work with beginners and experienced players, focusing on footwork, route running, catching, DB technique, tackling fundamentals and football IQ. Our first session focuses on evaluating your skills, identifying goals and building a plan to help you improve.

Hi! I bring 22 years of competitive experience of playing tennis along with coaching experience. I played tennis my entire life until I finished my D1 career at NAU and moved to Denver where I worked as a personal tennis coach with a D1 tennis player that committed to Florida State University. I played with players like Iga Swiatek, Maja Chwalinska, Jack Draper. I am looking for people who want to advance their game to the next level and for young players who want to play professionally.

My training program provides professional individual basketball training to youth, beginners, and anyone who wants to train as Division 1, NBA, and WNBA players and prospects do! The basics and fundamentals of basketball are best exploited through situations in practice, the game, or scrimmage. Giving drills that enhance fundamentals while learning to recognize different situations individually in game play is being taught to youths across the globe! Balance, footwork, dribbling and shooting are essential and the focus in my training. Grew up in Omaha Nebraska, with limited opportunities to get scouted, and was always the smallest kid, so had to put in twice as much work if I wanted to play D1 and beyond. Put in extra work and learned the recipe to get it done. Now that I'm done playing my passion lies in giving back to the game that gave me so much and building relationships with players to give them the tools to do the same. Let's get to work!!

PPR Level 1 certified pickleball coach looking to transition from golf to pickleball. I taught hundreds of kids, ranging from 5-year-olds to teenagers, the basics of golf and the golf swing while at the First Tee of the Rocky Mountains and as the girls' golf coach at Lakewood High School.
