"To Whom It May Concern, I’m writing this to express my full gratitude and admiration for Tim Herman, who served as my personal trainer. At the beginning of this year, I was in a very difficult place—drinking too much, heavier than I wanted to be, struggling with my skin, and mentally in a bad state. From day one, Tim gave me the tools I needed to save myself. He never gave up on me, even when I wasn’t doing everything I was supposed to. Tim is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He helped me lose 30 pounds, improve my skin, regain self-confidence, and most importantly, start taking care of my mental and physical health. Tim is relocating to San Diego, and I can say without hesitation—if you are considering hiring him as a trainer, do it. His impact on my life is something I will always be grateful for. He’s not just a trainer—he’s a true coach, a fitness wizard, and an incredible human being. Sincerely, Rick Busby
