Your first lessonWe’re going to learn, compete, communicate, and make mistakes today. Mistakes are part of getting better.
Lesson 2-3Reinforce fundamentals + introduce decision-making
Lesson 4-10This is where players begin transforming from “kids doing drills” into athletes who understand the game.
Lesson 11+I am no longer just introducing the game.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonConversation First (5–10 mins)
I’ll start by understanding their world before coaching.
Asking things like:
* What level are you currently playing at?
* What’s your role on the team?
* What do coaches usually praise you for?
* What’s holding you back right now?
* What are you trying to improve immediately?
* What’s your long-term goal?
Getting to know my athlete to determine strengths/weaknesses.
Lesson 2-3 *Basketball guard → decision-making in pick-and-rolls
* Baseball hitter → timing against velocity
* Softball infielder → reaction speed and transfer efficiency
Our focus this week will be:
* strengths that can become elite
* weaknesses limiting performance
* position-specific/game-specific situations

Lesson 4-10Performance Development Phase:
By lessons 4–10, athletes should expect training to become more intense, detailed, and performance-driven. This phase is about turning improvements into habits that translate directly into games.

Lesson 11+Lessons 11+ are designed for athletes committed to long-term growth and high-level performance. Athletes can expect elite-level instruction focused on consistency, confidence, decision-making, and performing under pressure in competitive environments.
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen working with younger athletes, sessions are adapted to match the athlete’s age, skill level, and learning style. Training focuses on building confidence, strong fundamentals, coordination, discipline, and game understanding in a positive and engaging environment. Lessons are designed to keep athletes active, motivated, and learning through fun, high-energy instruction while still developing real game skills.
Working with teenagersTraining for teenage athletes focuses on advanced skill development, confidence, accountability, and game performance. Sessions are designed to challenge athletes mentally and physically through game-speed drills, situational training, and detailed instruction tailored to their goals. Athletes will develop stronger fundamentals, better decision-making, leadership skills, and the confidence needed to compete at a higher level.
