San Diego local with 40 years of surfing experience. Experienced in teaching beginners to intermediate. Have ISA surf lesson credentials. Have soft tops, longboards and shortboards. Love to share the stoke of surfing and will get you up and riding. Whether it’s one or multiple lessons I’ll have you confident in the ocean. I can take you to a uncrowded beach where you don’t have to worry about other surfers/swimmers. Will provide local knowledge of the surroundings and location.

I'm an avid pickleball enthusiast, playing regularly about twice a week. While I primarily focus on singles play, I also enjoy the world of doubles. What sets me apart is my advocacy for playing pickleball with disabilities, as I personally use a prosthetic device. My mission is to teach pickleball in a loving and accepting way, demonstrating that this sport can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of their condition. I'm not the best player but the skills involved in chess is calculation defensive and attack moves and expected opponent move using different pieces to test opponents defense and lure the opponent into opening a defensive posture and choice of attack strategy. I've played chess for 20 years and can teach many strategies for all skill levels and prepare you for challenging games .

Originally from Sweden, Henrik’s passion for golf started at age 11, growing up surrounded by a culture of excellence and friendly competition. He played professionally on the European Challenge Tour, Asian Tour, South American Tour, and Swedish Golf Tour before transitioning to coaching in 1990. Henrik has spent the past 30 years coaching national teams from Sweden, Norway, and Belgium, as well as players in numerous European and World Championships. He now teaches at Encinitas Ranch Golf Course in San Diego, where his fluency in Swedish, English, and French allows him to coach globally. Henrik also shares his expertise in biomechanics and technique as an international lecturer.

I started to play volleyball when i was teenager at school . I graduated in physical education (bachlerdigree)and I have 3degree coaching certificate. When I was playing volleyball I had responsibility to warm teammates as team captain. And also asisted my coach in the children(13_9)class twice a week because I always love volleyball and children . ​"I am an experienced mountain climber and have been a yoga practitioner for 6 years. During the pandemic, I spent my time coaching online yoga classes 5 days a week."
