I would argue, at the risk of sounding arrogant, that I have some of the most experience in lacrosse that you will find in LA. I grew up in New York and started playing lacrosse when it was introduced so probably around 5th grade. I then went on to play in high school and college and then professionally for the Israel National Lacrosse team. I was inducted into Colgate University's Hall of Honor in 2015 which also happened to be the year that I played in my first International Competition in Prague. I later went on to play in 2 World Cups- one in England and this past one in America in 2021. I captained the team both years. Since moving to LA 8 years ago, I coached the JV team at Newport Harbor, at the club level with Palisades Lacrosse and sprinkled in some private clients here and there along the way. I'm interested in individual and small group training. I also have experience in fitness and agility training for adults and youth athletes and love working with young women on mindset and wellness off the field as well!
"Courtney is an amazing coach. As a former D1 player she runs great drills and is able to break things down in a way that my daughter understands. She also has a great way of making it fun while keeping the focus.
