Originally from Sweden, Henrik’s passion for golf started at age 11, growing up surrounded by a culture of excellence and friendly competition. He played professionally on the European Challenge Tour, Asian Tour, South American Tour, and Swedish Golf Tour before transitioning to coaching in 1990. Henrik has spent the past 30 years coaching national teams from Sweden, Norway, and Belgium, as well as players in numerous European and World Championships. He now teaches at Encinitas Ranch Golf Course in San Diego, where his fluency in Swedish, English, and French allows him to coach globally. Henrik also shares his expertise in biomechanics and technique as an international lecturer.

With every challenge, we learn to turn uncertainty into trust, effort into grace, and movement into presence. Surfing is more than a sport. Multiple years coaching high level travel baseball as well as providing private coaching instruction with an emphasis on pitching and throwing mechanics from ages 12-18. My own personal career was cut short due to injury, so I have channeled my love for the sport into helping teach the next generation of athletes. I have included current college stats of some of my previous players as proof of my ability and philosophy.

I started playing competitive soccer at age 10. Driven by great coaches, I went on to play college soccer and join the Philippine U20/Senior Women's National Team pool. I currently play for the CSU Eastbay Pioneers and played for two years for the Pipers at Hamline University in Saint Paul, MN. I have also played for the So Cal Dutch Lions USLW/WPSL. Today, as an assistant coach for Legacy Speed and Elite IQ Football, with experience leading camps for Aitana Bonmatí and the San Diego Wave, I help young athletes build skills, confidence, and character. I'm not the best player but the skills involved in chess is calculation defensive and attack moves and expected opponent move using different pieces to test opponents defense and lure the opponent into opening a defensive posture and choice of attack strategy. I've played chess for 20 years and can teach many strategies for all skill levels and prepare you for challenging games .
