I have 15+ years of experience teaching swimming to children and adult in Iran, Turkey and The U.S. I am patient, encouraging, and help beginners feel safe and confident in the water.

Certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist (injury prevention, strength, control, posture) ACE Certified Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist certifications. 8 years of helping others, and 15 years of self-development. I’ve helped people from ages 8-83 years. Some are injury-free and others have chronic pain and injuries. I create personalized programs that meet your needs. Train with me and learn how to have better control of your body. Gain strength while doing it in a way that decreases risk of injury. I do strength training using a combination of weight training, resistance bands and advanced calisthenics. Sessions start at $70 for starter training tier and decreases the more you train per week. There is another tier that includes more features such as recovery (myofascial release). Transportation fees go as high as $50 most which are determined by mileage, gas, vehicle wear and time consideration to travel back and forth.
