I have been evolving on my fitness journey ever since I started lifting in my high school gym 5 years ago. I used to be a heavy lifter with focus on heavy compound movements and weight lifting. I have no explored other areas of fitness including Pilates and yoga for the past three years. With this experience, I want to help others discover a fitness routine that they can rely on to see results as well as having a sustainable practice with a focus in Pilates and Yoga.

With over 35 years on the pitch, I've honed a keen ability to unlock potential in soccer players of all levels. With experience coaching middle school through high school level athletes both in group setting and individual one on one session. I blend proven techniques with an engaging approach, fostering both skill and a lifelong love for the beautiful game. I’ve coached at every level the youth has to offer, developmental to the nationally elite. I bring a championship mindset and years of on-court experience to every athlete I train. As a former collegiate standout and professional player, I was a 2x PCAC Player of the Year, 2x All-State performer, and helped lead Southwestern College to a state-best 50–6 record before earning a scholarship to Cal Baptist. There, I helped capture a PacWest Championship and an NCAA Tournament berth. After competing professionally in Colombia and earning my Master’s in Physical Education from Azusa Pacific, I began my coaching career at Southwestern College. During my time there, I helped lead the program to three PCAC Championships, was named PCAC Coach of the Year in 2020, and coached 40 All-Conference players, with over 30 earning scholarships to four-year universities—including multiple Division I and professional athletes. Now, I use that same drive and attention to detail to help players and clients elevate their game, build confidence, and unlock their full potential—both physically and mentally.
