I assisted a Junior College head coach with coaching his pitchers until they found a new pitching coach. I coached all fall and into the winter. I have a very hands on approach, and believe its really important to get player feed back. It's how you know if what I'm doing is working, or if I need to find another way to help a player develop, improve, and succeed.
