Hi there, I am Coach Jenny, founder of Rise Soccer Training in Oakland. I moved from England in 2003 to coach and play soccer in the US. I have played and worked with many companies, teams and schools over the years and with children of all ages and abilities. I hold a UEFA B coaching license and I have had a lot of coaching work in different sports. I look forward to meeting with you.

Hi, I’m Kyleigh! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Integrative and Alternative Medicine and have completed a Master Health and Wellness Coaching Certificate through the Precision Nutrition and National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) pathway. My background combines evidence-based nutrition, health behavior change, psychology, anatomy and physiology, and holistic wellness.

With 10+ years of teaching and 20+ years of personal practice, I specialize in helping beginners, older adults, children and teens, people returning to movement after injury or illness, and anyone seeking over all wellness. My style is encouraging and lighthearted, creating a space where you can feel supported. Trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Restorative yoga, Breathwork and Sound Healing, I personalize each session to your goals and my intention is for you to leave feeling strong and more connected to your body.

Mathematics teacher candidate completing a California Single Subject Mathematics Teaching Credential at the University of San Francisco. Holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and brings more than 20 years of STEM industry experience.

I currently tutor Mathematics, Finance, Accounting and Python at San Francisco State University's Tutoring & Academic Support Center, where I focus on undergraduate tutoring. Former All-city athlete in AAA and WCAL, currently a personal trainer with focus on youth athletes and adults. Two years interning as an assistant coach for high school varsity football. Experience working with kids and Teens and overall great knowledge and communication skills. In 4-6 parents can expect there players to be faster, quicker and have more football knowledge than then players there age.

Russ is an experienced coach with over 25 years of leading athletes at the high school and youth levels. As a player, he spent two years competing in college after three standout years on his high school varsity team, where he helped capture a state championship and two league titles. His coaching career includes 25 years of high school varsity and JV football, as well as five years in Pop Warner. Currently, Russ brings his leadership and passion for the game to coaching high school boys flag football, where he continues to mentor and inspire student-athletes.

I bring 24th season of football coaching experience across four different high schools at the freshman, JV and varsity level, along with two season of pop warner football. Throughout my coaching career, I've served in many roles, including head coach, assistant coach, offensive coordinator, defensive coordinator, special team coach and strength & conditioning coordinator. I also bring the perspective of a former player with 9 seasons of contact football playing experience.

With three decades immersed in lacrosse, I bring a wealth of experience to every session. My passion lies in fostering both skill development and a deep love for the game. I strive to create a supportive environment where players can thrive and reach their full potential.

He explained what my daughter is good at, what she needs to work on, and how she can improve in a clear concise manner. For every skill, he taught her “why” a certain move in a specific form is important in a game, which I think only an experienced coach like Coach Allen can do. We live far from San Ramon, but we feel it’s worth travelling there to receive a high quality lesson from Coach Allen.
