My name is John R. and I have been playing basketball since I was 12 years old. I pursued a professional basketball career and earned a callback tryout with the NBA G-League’s Idaho Stampede. Though I didn’t achieve my ultimate goal, the journey enriched me with invaluable knowledge and experience. I still have an immense love for the game and love to share that passion and knowledge to help others improve. Whether you are just starting out or are an experienced player looking to take the next step I can help you. I have drills and workouts for improving shooting, ball-handling, defense and conditioning. My workouts will primarily focus on individual skill-work. If this sounds good to you, give me a call and we can get started improving your game!

I'm a firm believer that everyone has the potential to excel in baseball. With 30 years of experience, I've honed my skills in fostering a love for the game while developing strong fundamentals and strategic thinking in my students. Let's work together to unlock your potential on the field!
"Since Manu started training with Coach Isaac, the transformation has been night and day. He’s developed into an All-Star catcher, and the difference in his skills and confidence is unbelievable. Manu regularly plays up an age level, often competing with and against kids two years older than him—and yet he’s his team’s number one catcher. What has stood out to us most is not only the physical development, but also the mental side of the game. Coach Isaac has given Manu a level of confidence he’s never had before, teaching him how to think like a catcher and approach the game with composure. As parents, we’ve seen such a positive change in Manu both on and off the field, and we can’t thank Coach Isaac enough for the role he’s played in our son’s growth.

I played collegiate baseball at Francis Marion University (1 year), Prince George’s Community College (2 years), and St. Thomas University (1 year), gaining experience across multiple levels of college baseball. After my playing career, I transitioned into coaching and player development. I have coached with Thunderbirds Baseball Academy and Diamond Sports Academy and completed a pitching internship at Miami Christian High School, where I assisted with pitcher development, bullpen work, arm care routines, and game preparation. My goal as a pitching coach is to develop durable, efficient pitchers by improving mechanics, command, and pitch design while prioritizing long-term arm health. I focus on building consistency, confidence, and preparing pitchers to compete at the next level.
"Coach Carlos is an outstanding pitching coach who truly makes a difference for his players, and especially for me. He has gotten me to understand my mechanics.
