I coach the mental side of baseball. I don’t teach hitting mechanics, pitching grips, or fielding footwork. I work on what most coaches never address: the confidence, focus, composure, and mental routines that determine whether an athlete’s physical ability actually shows up when it matters. I played college baseball at Hawaii Pacific University and Grand Canyon University and spent time in professional baseball environments including independent league camps and spring training. I know what it feels like to step into the box with pressure on, to deal with a bad at-bat carrying into the next one, and to play a role that demands mental toughness nobody taught me how to build. I had to figure most of it out on my own. Now I help baseball players at every level develop the mental skills I wish I had been taught. I am a Certified Mental Performance Coach through Brian Cain’s Mental Performance Mastery program and a Certified Life and Success Coach through Jay Shetty’s program. I also hold certifications and training in meditation, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), and somatic coaching (body-based awareness and nervous system regulation). Most baseball coaches will tell a player to “shake it off” or “be more confident” but never explain what that actually means or how to do it. I do. I give baseball players specific, practical tools they can use before, during, and after games to compete with more clarity, confidence, and control.

With 25 years devoted to volleyball, I've cultivated a coaching style that blends technical precision with a positive, supportive environment. I started all 4 years in college, and then went on to coach at the collegiate, high school and elementary levels thereafter. Ryan Richardson is a former Weber State standout and professional basketball player who competed overseas for two seasons. Since launching his training business in 2020, he has worked with NBA, professional, and Division I athletes, including Koa Peat, Adam Miller, and KJ Perry. Known for elite skill development and basketball IQ training, Richardson helps players maximize their potential on and off the court.

I have been an accomplished Fastpitch Softball Coach and Manager with over a decade of experience across premier travel organizations and competitive recreation leagues. He specializes in advanced hitting mechanics, optimal power generation, and elite defensive positioning, drawing on mentorship from legendary Travel softball organizations such as Corona Angels, OC Bat busters, and Firecrackers.

I have taught Guitar and Bass to a roster of 16 students. I prefer to work with ages 10 and up. I teach students how to read very basic music and then move onto the style of guitar they would like to learn. Highly focused on technique, rhythm, and practice. Specialize in Rock, Blues, Country, Soul, Classical, and Latin music. I have been a professional musician most of my life playing small and large venues. I have a large number of requests to teach people music when they see me play live.
