For over 15 years, I've been a part of the basketball community. I’ve played at the Division 1 level, as well as the professional level overseas. I’ve trained multiple middle school and high school prospects, as well as some at the college level. My passion and desire is to help improve every part of your game, while making sure we don’t lose the main reason why we all started playing, which was for fun.

With over two decades on the diamond, I’m now taking my skills and playing experience transitioning into being a full time coach to pass down my knowledge and success to young baseball athletes in getting to the next level I enjoy coaching because I love the game. Teaching and sharing my knowledge, experience, and skills with amazing athletes ready to take their potential to the next level. I hope to not only enable them to succeed on the playing field but in the classroom, and in life beyond baseball as well I blend fundamental skills with tailored strategies for impactful growth. You can be soft AND hard. 5 years of boxing training in several local boxing gyms, including sparring experience. I specialize in working with women of all ages who want to learn fundamental, intermediate, or advanced boxing skills — without feeling intimidated, talked down to, or given watered-down technique.
