I’ve been a youth soccer coach for 3+ years now, and have enjoyed every second of it so far. I focus on making sure athletes are enjoying the workouts, because in my book having fun is the most important thing for them to experience at these younger ages. While we primarily work on soccer skills, I also take the opportunities to teach them the real-life skills they can develop from soccer like how to be a good teammate and how to respectfully win or lose. I'm a competitive NPC bodybuilder (working on trying to win an IFBB Pro card) and online bodybuilding-specialty coach with an expertise knowledge with workouts, nutrition, and supplements.
