“Abe was right on time and got started immediately. He made every moment of the lesson count, which I appreciated as the parent of the student. Clearly has profound insight into the strategy of the game and is sharing that copiously with my daughter. Did a great job of breaking movements down for my daughter into smaller steps and helping her be successful.”William C., parent

“Coach Tinh was great with our child. Was very attentive, courteous and professional. Passionate about his love for tennis and teaching.”Alex N., parent

About TinhI teach tennis with a clear, structured approach that makes the game easier to understand. My lessons are active and hands-on, focusing on timing, spacing, and control through consistent repetition. I emphasize simple fundamentals and real ball hitting so players build confidence and improve in actual points—not just drills. I’ve worked with kids, teens, and adults in private lessons, helping players develop consistency and confidence step-by-step. Due to growing interests, availability times have been placed to protect reoccuring students in and out of TeachMe.to for August - December 2026. Currently not taking more students.Go to profile

Reviews for coaches at Marvida Recreation Center

5.0(372 coach reviews)

My recent lesson with Tinh was pretty good overall, and honestly, everything went smoothly. The highlight was definitely the clear focus on refining my technique, which felt quite reassuring. Though, I suppose I still need to keep improving my form, but I’m feeling reasonably confident about the progress. It's encouraging that the lesson concentrated on the fundamentals, like stance and shot accuracy, making the experience quite constructive. Still, I think with more practice, I could see even better results. If you're looking to fine-tune your skills, definitely consider giving Tinh a try.

The lesson with Tinh was quite good. His teaching techniques are pretty top tier, and he stays patient and calm throughout. Though I still want to learn more about how to play better, I appreciated how well he knew what he was teaching and kept things clear. Honestly, that lesson really highlighted how precise guidance can help me improve, and I’m hopeful I can build on these skills with more practice. If you're interested in lessons that focus on solid technique and clear teaching, it's worth giving Tinh a try.

Honestly, Tinh's lesson really stood out with a clear focus on my serve and footwork, which I hadn't nailed before. The practical tips he provided are quite helpful, though I think I’ll need a few more sessions to really feel confident in match situations. Still, I’m optimistic about refining my game further with his guidance and would suggest giving Tinh a try if you're looking to sharpen specific skills.

The lesson gave me a decent grasp of my forehand, though I think I still need more practice to really feel comfortable on the court. Tinh's approach is quite helpful, especially with his focus on timing and footwork, which I appreciated. Still, I hope future lessons can include more drills tailored to my weaknesses. Anyway, it’s worth trying if you're looking to improve your tennis skills gradually.
