"Cesar offers encouragement, while not patronizing, as we work together to identify and address my weaknesses. He provides clear instruction and keeps me focused on proper movement and technique to better understand and break my bad habits and form. He is cordial and respectful, while remaining firm during the lesson; this builds a good rapport and motivates me to give my best effort to follow the inherently frustrating process of re-learning how I play the game.
