I am a football coach with four years of experience, currently serving as a Head Coach of travel teams with Cougars Academy in Maplewood and South Orange, New Jersey, and Elite Soccer Academy. I have built my coaching philosophy from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on tactical understanding, game analysis, and collective play. I have a particular strength in reading the game, identifying problems, and making tactical adjustments. My approach begins with understanding each player—their mindset, goals, and ambitions—before developing their technical, tactical, and positional abilities.
