Beginner training plan
Your first lessontalks about how he feels, what kind of player he wants to be and why he loves this position.
Lesson 11+More exercise with a slight increase in intensity
Lesson 4-10From the fourth to the tenth, there will be a dialogue to show him some skills of other players who play the same position and teach him how he can do it.
Lesson 2-3The second session will cover basic themes and the third will be specific.
