With a great background as an instructor and a player, Max brings his expertise and passion to the court, helping you to improve your Pickleball game. Max Johnson was born and raised in the Johnson County area with a passion for sports. In 2020, Max found the incredible sport of Pickleball. Max was geat. I had played tennis in high school, but basically nothing for over 50 years. Prior to Max, I had one group lesson, but it wasn’t enough to learn the very basics. With Max, my confidence greatly improved. I’m going to try another open play before another lesson. I have several great takeaways, including crouching more and keeping my arm straight, and striking the ball in the middle of the paddle. Max was very encouraging and convinced me I could advance to the intermediate level with some good guidance.
