“Michael is a fantastic coach! He’s also an excellent communicator and I really appreciated his professionalism. He’s incredibly kind and treated my 11 year old son like gold. If you are looking for a thoughtful, kind and fun pickelball coach look no further, you found him! I’m excited for our 2nd lesson with Michael. We are hoping and praying to become a mother and son pickelball duo bringing everyone smiles and laughter! God Bless You, All!”Emily W., parent
About MichaelI started playing pickleball 3 years ago and I play almost every day in advanced level open play and ladder sessions. I’ve learned a lot about what it takes to go from not knowing how to play to being a solid pickup player who can play in advanced level games.
I still know exactly what it’s like to be a brand new beginner and trying to figure out the game especially all the rules. My coaching style is easygoing and I try to keep the lessons light hearted so everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
I like to use a mix of drills and gameplay with real time instruction and feedback during my lessons. A group of 3 or 4 students makes for a great class because I can play a doubles game with you while teaching you how the game works.
I can also advise you on equipment, where to play, what apps to download to find games and leagues, etc.
