His focus on actionable advice and recommended drills for at-home and outside-the-lesson encourages me to keep practicing outside the lesson and allows me to grow on my own. Amazing overall and definitely worth booking if you're aiming to refine your golf with someone who is truly effective.

About Scott

Hi all - I’m looking for some new students for the winter season! It’s a great time to work on swing changes or learn the swing etc. I’ve had some great success over the years with winter training at the range and simulators to either work on the full swing or hone parts of the game. Chipping /putting short game or even speed training for those long drivers. Also breaking down the whole swing to get ready for spring. Tappan good center has a great set up all closed in with heaters or indoors at a sim. For preferably at the range where we can see direct results. Let me know I teach young /older newbies and or high level low handicappers! Thx Recently won first place with a teachme.to student at a local 9-hole scramble event. As an athlete throughout my life, with a background in college baseball, I found a deep love for golf that resonates with many of us. With over 20 years of experience, I have honed my skills in the game, achieving a handicap as low as -2 and currently maintaining a handicap of 3-4. Participating in numerous MGA, USGA, and amateur tour events, I have celebrated victories in a couple of tournaments. My expertise lies in the short game, an area where we can all improve and shave off valuable strokes. Recognizing the significance of course management and maintaining a sharp game, I offer comprehensive instruction in these aspects. Whether building a swing for new players or addressing specific issues and fixes, I am dedicated to helping you enhance your skills on and off the course. Let's work together to hit them straight - if only it were that easy! Any beginner looking for a golf etiquette class please reach out. I’m looking to get a class size of 5-10 where I will go thru all golf etiquette from the tee to the green. Besides being helpful to you also to your fellow golfers you will be paired with! Will make you fit in and teach others. I will also hold a chipping and putting lesson during this 1hr class. Please sign up and let me know so we can dates and locations. Thanks

About Eric

Golf is all about “muscle memory.” My first 10 years of golfing were based on my own swing, and I could not improve enough during that time. Then I met an instructor who tried to fix my “form” for next six months. Do you think I was fixed? Yes and no, because it actually took me almost two years after those lessons to truly adjust. Why 2 years? Because my muscles were stuck to the 10-years-old form and resisted not to get adjusted! Why do I share my experience? Because a beginner should start golfing with an instructor, regardless of the lesson fee. Whoever is certified can teach you how to perform a proper golf swing. The only thing you need to do afterward is repetition on your own at the range. The more you practice, the faster your muscles memorize the movement. Golf is all about “muscle memory.” And muscles must be memorized in right way! Since I got my swing fixed—not perfectly, but very close to a standard form—I have been giving lessons to friends and their friends. I was finally certified by USGTF last September. My rate is low because I am new to TMT, but I have already met a good number of students within a handful of months. I teach not only how to swing, but also how to practice on your own. Golf is “practicing,” and that is everything. Without practicing between lessons, you will need to invest much more time and money, because you are not using enough of your own time to improve. People say a tour pro hits 10,000 balls to adjust a single point in their swing. Then how many balls do you think you need to hit? Of course, you are not a tour pro, but you still need to hit as many balls as possible for your muscles to memorize the movement. With my 25 years of experience and structured drills you can practice by yourself after each lesson, I can help you improve step by step. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions.

What students say...

"Explained everything very thoroughly. Very experienced himself. Made it to understand and pick up on.
