“Coach Julio was great! He took time to not only physically train my son but also taught him more about the game based on his extensive experience. He taught him how to improve the skills he already has as well new skills to use on the field. Great person to speak to in general, friendly with a great personality. Thanks Coach!”Chris V., studentAbout JulioFormer College Football Player | Defensive Line Coach | Compliance Manager
I am a dedicated and passionate professional with a diverse background in athletics, coaching, security, and compliance. My journey began as a college football player for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) from 2016 to 2021, where I had the honor of serving as team captain for two years. During my playing career, I earned Honorable Mention All-American in 2021, First Team All-Conference (PFF) in 2021, and Second Team All-Conference in 2019 and 2020.
From 2023 to 2024, I returned to UNLV as a graduate assistant, coaching the Defensive Line. During my tenure, I was part of a historic period for UNLV football, contributing to the team's first bowl game appearance since 2012 and back-to-back conference championship games. I helped our defense rank in the top ten nationally for rush defense and top five for turnovers forced.Go to profileJulio G.

“Hey Coach Dee, Thank you so much for taking the time to speak with the young athletes and parents today! My son of course dreams of playing for the Ducks and in the NFL. It's a pretty special opportunity to heed advice from experienced people to help them navigate their journey. I hope the younger athletes today feel inspired and the high school boys can reflect on how bad they want this and respond appropriately. Either way, one of the greatest joys of parenting is being immersed in the whole experience with them too! I certainly left with so much to think about and converse with my son about, and feeling motivated to be a better version of me as well. Thank you again for your time and thoughtfulness. Wishing the best for you and your family!”Sarah, parent · shared by DeeAbout DeeFor over 10 years, I have worked in education and youth development, sering in classroom settings while also leading after-school programs through the YMCA and Boys Girls Clubs.Go to profileDee M.
