Coach Theo Schaffer is more than a basketball coach—he’s a mentor, educator, pastor, and leadership developer with 20+ years of experience helping young athletes grow in skill, confidence, character, and purpose. Every training session combines elite basketball fundamentals with accountability, discipline, and mindset coaching to help players succeed both on and off the court. My goal isn’t just to develop better players—it’s to help raise better leaders, teammates, and young men and women.

"Coach P.T. believed in Riley before she believed. He helped her become more confident with the ball, improve shooting, and understand the game at a much higher level. What I appreciate most is that he cared about our daughter as a person, constantly encouraging her to be resilient, lead by example, and never settle for less than my best. — Mom
