“Coach P.T. believed in Riley before she believed. He helped her become more confident with the ball, improve shooting, and understand the game at a much higher level. What I appreciate most is that he cared about our daughter as a person, constantly encouraging her to be resilient, lead by example, and never settle for less than my best. — Mom”Riley, parent · shared by TheoAbout TheoCoach Theo Schaffer is more than a basketball coach—he’s a mentor, educator, pastor, and leadership developer with 20+ years of experience helping young athletes grow in skill, confidence, character, and purpose.
