Workouts that focus on mental toughness as well as physical strength. My training/coaching has been very successful. With players that have played at varsity level and players that have gone on to play at the collegiate level.

"I love playing basketball, but I never played for a team before. I play at lunch recess all the time, it's my favorite sport. So when tryouts came I wanted to try my luck. I made the team and was so happy, but I didn't get too play that much im the 1st games. I did really good in practice, but sometimes I would get too nervous to play in the games. Coach Karrie would play with me after-school and slowly build confidence in my skills. Then Coach Karrie started keeping me in the games longer. I realized it was just basketball and that I love to play. Slowly I got more and more comfortable and I actually made some shots in the game! I am happy I keep trying and that Coach Karrie believed I could be better.
