Foundations Baseball Development was founded with the goal of making high quality, private baseball instruction accessible to everyone who wants to play the game. From the littlest little leaguer, to college athletes, to adults who just want to keep playing the game and sharpen up long dormant skills.

I’m Sammy. I played baseball at Grady’s Harbor College back in the day and coached quite a bit of softball and baseball. I’m have a big emphasis on mechanics of pitching and hitting and fielding mid level to high level players. Newer players are welcome as well. Haven’t coached in a few years but I’m looking to get back into it. I’m a big proponent of taking care of your body and your arm properly because without it why are we training? I’m high energy and try to have fun while teaching.
