With over 20 years of experience in both baseball and football, I specialize in building athletes from the ground up — not just with technique, but with mindset, discipline, and game IQ. My mission is to develop not only skilled players, but passionate students of the game who compete with heart and intelligence.

"We stayed pretty far but coach Rob worked with us and met me and my son in the middle and we got that work in at a random park he had at the supplies and ready to train. Damon learned a lot about things he didn’t know what could get him better and work at home.

My coaching mission is to teach and build fundamentals, confidence, & knowledge of the game. Accomplishments: -Little League & Junior League (player & coaching): Multi years of State Championships -High School: All Conference Awards & multiple Baseball Scholarship offers -College (Paine College & TSU): All conference awards each year & College Conference Championships My coaching strength is the ability to teach & physically demonstrate when necessary while having fun in the process .
