Bio: My name is Derek Decolati, and I have over 2 decades of baseball experience. I have had the pleasure of playing at highly competitive levels including D1. At this point of my baseball journey I have decided to take my talents to the art of teaching. For the last 2 years I have coached teams from ages 9-15. During that time I have traveled to baseball tournaments and have had successes and failures. But ultimately that will always be part of the game and provides for excellent learning experiences.
