Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI would come to the field with alot of energy and letting the kids know let's have fun and learn at the same time, and we will work on fundamentals and learn the game.
Lesson 11+They are learning the game and remembering practice should be hard and playing the game is easy.
Lesson 4-10They should see some improvement but it takes time and hard work to get better.
Lesson 2-3It takes time but you will get better and better each day and always ask questions.
What you need to bringGlove, cleats, sweats, ter shirt, water, towel, a great attitude and the willing to learn and must be coachable
