Bio: Hi, I’m Allison, a current Division 1 women’s basketball player at Loyola Marymount University (LMU). With experience competing at the highest collegiate level, as well as years of club and high school, I’m passionate about helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. My training focuses on fundamentals, game IQ, and advanced techniques to prepare kids for success on and off the court.

Bio: I’m New Williams, a professional basketball player and elite level trainer. I have played in the NBA G League and just recently worked out with the Los Angeles Lakers. I’ve played internationally for the last 4 years and averaged 25 a game last season in high level Turkey, but what I’m most passionate about is helping the next generation level up. My training is built on real game experience, pro-level detail, and a commitment to getting results. If you’re serious about taking your game to the next level, I’m the trainer you want in your corner.

Bio: I treat basketball as my craft. I’ve put all my creative energy in thinking of ways on how I can improve my game. I have been watching tons of NBA film, and educated myself in the strength and conditioning aspect of the sport. This constant process led me to develop a holistic approach, which is refined through application in my daily workouts. Most importantly, I’ve been playing basketball ever since I was a little kid. I believe the experience I’ve accumulated through the years can tremendously help someone that is willing to learn the game of basketball.
