I am Michel, a life and sports coach specializing in racket sports, including tennis, pickleball, and table tennis. With a background in performing table tennis and track & field at the national level, I have been coaching sports for over 18 years. I also have experience coaching a junior rugby team in England, focusing on fitness and recovery. Hiking, tennis, and pickleball are my daily passions. If you want to learn one of these activities or return to them, I can help you master the skills and maximize your potential for full enjoyment. My coaching covers fitness, technique, strategies, diet, mental preparation, and meditation. I believe sports are a lifestyle that can be enjoyed at any age.

I've passionately embraced the sport, competing in numerous tournaments and refining my gameplay. While I haven't taken up formal coaching, I'm always eager to offer friendly advice and have been guiding newcomers to the sport for the past four years. My approach centers on laying a strong foundation. If you're new to pickleball, we'll start with the basics, ensuring you grasp the fundamentals.
