When I can positively influence their skills, I feel fulfilled in my role as a coach. Additionally, I strive to foster a friendly and supportive relationship with my players, as I believe that being seen as a friend first, then a coach, is crucial for maximizing the learning potential and making lessons engaging and enjoyable for the students. In group lessons, I incorporate diverse group exercises to enhance the overall learning experience.
