Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI am a firm believer in proper technique, making the game more fun to play and easier to improve. In the first lesson, we get started with the proper grips and the proper for hand and backhand swing.
Lesson 11+This is when we can go more deeply into strategy, mental toughness, and understanding what makes you a mentally tough player. Fitness and understanding how to improve your agility and balance.
Lesson 4-10Making the technique on the forehand and backhand better and better, serving more powerfully and accurate, learning and improving volleys. Starting to hit back-and-forth and understand the rules of the game. And strategy.
Lesson 2-3Continuing with forehand and backhand and introduction to serve.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAssessing what your needs are as a player. Where you want to go with your game. How is your technique compared to your skill level? Where are the major holes in your game so that we can begin the process of improving those areas first.
Lesson 11+A complete understanding of what it takes to win big points at important times which will help you win bigger matches. We are in full swing with each other as coaching student and improving your game in all areas feeling like every time that we have a lesson, we come away with a sense of accomplishment.
Lesson 4-10Now we are in full swing in our lessons and when we get to the court, we already know what the next day or lesson has in store for us. We are starting to get to areas that maybe you have not ventured into yet in your game or your mental or physical make up. Becoming a more well-rounded player..

How it works
Lesson 2-3Understanding that working together is a partnership and may be becoming more familiar with your game and you becoming more familiar with me as a coach. Diving into the problem areas and really starting to make major or minor changes.

Youth players
Working with kidsThe very first thing I like to do when I am teaching younger kids is to find out what they enjoy and really try to give them a love for the game of tennis. Always having fun with the kids and reassuring them. That improvement will come if they continue to try hard.

Working with teenagersIn my career, I would say I Have worked mostly with teenagers. I tried to balance the technical skill. I want to give my players with having fun on the court and enjoying the game of tennis and improving every time we do a lesson. Letting them know that we are a partnership and we will get better if they’re willing to ask questions when they do not understand something. I’ve noticed that allowing teenagers more space to work on things you tell them is a very intro part of the training process.

What you need to bringBring a racket of adequate size for the age of the player. Proper shoes and attire. Please bring a jug of water.

What I can bringI will bring the balls that we use to play. All teaching equipment that I need.
