Bio: Hey, I’m Donovan and I’ve played football for four years in high school and played a semester of flag football in college. I was also a football coach for a middle school football team. My coaching style is firm but fair. I like to focus on development and discipline. See where they’re at, what they need to improve on and then gradually increase the workload. I’d start with conditioning, body control/ footwork, and then transition into offensive and defensive drills.
