Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFeet position, proper alignment of position, basic footwork agility ladder movements, a ton of explaining and question asking and answering questions as well.
Lesson 11+By this point we will focus on mainly position focused intense drills rather than a variety of different exercises in the previous lessons by 11 and so on will be focusing on position specific drills to utilize in game situations.
Lesson 4-10A lot faster pace by now, should expect an intense circuit, with very little explanation and shorter breaks.
Lesson 2-3We would build up strengths form the first lesson and attack the weaknesses from the first session. This will be accomplished through a vary of exercises that will intensify gradually.
