Your first classPART 1: Lesson 1 — The Neutral Ground
1. Move: Breath + Neutral Spine scan. 4 counts in, 4 out. Inhale and exhale as equals.
2. Strengthen: One slow sequence held — Mountain, Chair, Forward Fold. Both effort and ease existing at once.
3. Glow: Savasana: "You don't have to pick a side to be at peace."
Class 2-3PART 2: Lessons 2-6 — Release Control To Find Control
1. Move: Rhythm over ambition. Flow matched to breath count, not music cues.
2. Strengthen: Longer holds — Warrior, Plank, Bridge. When they want to fight or flee, practice staying.
3. Glow: Group breath / mirror. Practice letting someone else exist exactly as they are.
Class 4-10PART 3: Lessons 7-10 — Teach Peace
1. Move: Students lead. You hold neutral space, minimal correction, just witnessing.
2. Strengthening: Silence. Minimal cues. You find your own alignment.
3. Glow: Closing circle. Each client names one thing they're allowing to both exist now. You end quiet.
