Beginner training plan
Your first trainingWe will first begin with some drills on passing the volleyball. Then we will work on serving. We will get familiar with the positions on the court.
Training 2-3We will continue working on passing and bumping the volleyball and serving. We will do drills hitting the ball over the net.
Training 4-10We will work on playing all the positions on the court and improve on passing bumping and serving. I will teach you how to set the ball during this lesson. I will also teach you how to set and spike the ball.
Training 11+We will review everything we had learned and fine tune our volleyball skills.
