Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGet to know the person(name) evaluate skills. Teaching proper grip and form. Feeding lots of balls and making sure they get their form down.
Lesson 11+Plenty of focus on rally and point play. Different drills revolving around different areas of the court and placement.
Lesson 4-10Making sure student is putting skills together and beginning to rally.
Lesson 2-3Continue to work on form and practicing technique.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFinding their base level of fitness. A lot of skills in tennis derive in being as best shape as possible.
Lesson 11+Point/match play. Gearing up for tournament play.
Lesson 4-10Stating objectives and methods of reaching goals. Who they are now and what they will become.
Lesson 2-3Rally and point oriented. Making student set reasonable goals for themselves.
Youth players
Working with kidsDifferent drills associated with hand eye coordination and know the location of where a ball bounces. Knowing terminology on a court and names of different lines. Baseline,service line, singles sideline, doubles sideline, (etc. )
