Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI love to get an idea of what the players experience is just by hitting some balls, forehand and backhand first. We keep it light, fun, and engaging for the first lesson so you can get a feel for it, especially for beginners.
Lesson 2-3They can expect a fast paced and fun lesson where they are learning and thinking quickly on their feet. We always start with stretching and some mini tennis. Work on forehand and backhand drills. And then hit some groundstrokes. Start working on volleys.
Lesson 4-10They can expect to be hitting back back-and-forth by lesson five. By this time they should be getting a real feel for their stroke that we’ve been working on.
Lesson 11+They’ll be flying by this time!
What you need to bringA tennis racket and lots of energy!
What I can bringI got it all covered!
