What impressed me was how well Sam connects with kids, making the lesson enjoyable and engaging. The session felt lively and encouraging, perfect for young players. If you’re looking to improve your tennis skills in a fun environment, Sam’s lessons are definitely worth trying. This experience left me eager for more. 👏🎾

Coach Sam is truly one of a kind. From the very first lesson I could see the difference in the way my child connected not only with tennis but with themselves. Sam has a gift for making the game exciting, challenging, and deeply rewarding. What stands out is how Sam goes beyond technique, teaching confidence, resilience, and the mindset of a champion. My child leaves every session motivated and proud and I have never seen them this inspired before. If you want a coach who transforms players on and off the court, Coach Sam is the one.
Marco
Working with Sam has been a game-changer for my tournament performance. She has a sharp eye for technical detail and knows how to structure high-intensity sessions that push you without burning you out. Her coaching goes way beyond just feeding balls — she builds strategy, decision-making, and mental toughness into every drill. I’ve trained at academies across Europe and the U.S., and Sam stands out as one of the best. If you’re a serious player looking to fine-tune your game, she’s elite.
Alex
Coach Sam took my game to a whole new level. I had the strokes, but I never truly understood how to build points and compete with confidence until training here. Sam breaks the game down in a way that makes everything click, from footwork and shot selection to mental toughness. After just a few weeks I started winning matches I used to lose and now I step on court knowing I have the edge. If you are serious about competing, coach Sam is the one to train with.
David
Sam is hands down one of the best coaches I’ve worked with. Her high-performance training style pushed me every single session, but always with clarity and purpose. She holds you to a high standard, but also genuinely cares about your growth. My footwork, strategy, and mental focus have improved massively since I started training with her. If you’re serious about taking your game to the next level, she’s the coach you want in your corner.
Isabella
Training with Sam has completely transformed my game. She brings a high-performance, professional approach to every session, with drills and feedback that push you to your best. Her attention to detail is next-level — she spots things no one else ever has and explains them in a way that actually sticks. Every lesson is challenging, motivating, and tailored to what I need most. Sam is the kind of coach who gets real results, fast. If you want to feel stronger, smarter, and more confident on court, she’s the one.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn our first session, I focus on movement, grip, and getting a feel for how the player naturally moves and hits. We cover basic technique for forehands and backhands, court orientation, and footwork foundations. I build trust, explain the purpose behind every drill, and set the tone: confident, fun, and high-performance from day one.
Lesson 11+By now, players are developing a full foundation. We advance to serve placement, directional control, basic topspin, and rally endurance. I introduce more situational drills and match play scenarios. Every session is customized — whether the goal is recreation, high school competition, or building for the future. Most importantly, the student now understands the why behind every movement and feels confident on court.
Lesson 4-10Here’s where real transformation happens. We go deeper into forehand and backhand technique, add volleys and overheads, and develop consistent rally patterns. I introduce serve mechanics and return stance. We also start point play structure, movement drills, and early tactical thinking. Confidence, rhythm, and focus become sharper with each session.
Lesson 2-3We begin reinforcing proper stroke mechanics with controlled feeding drills and introduce consistency-based games. I teach ready position, split step, contact point awareness, and basic rallying. By lesson 3, students start to feel more confident hitting clean balls and understanding court spacing.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonIn the first session, I assess technical precision, movement efficiency, consistency, and tactical understanding. I focus on stroke mechanics under pressure, footwork patterns, and match mentality. Players run through live rally drills and situational point play to help me identify strengths, gaps, and areas to sharpen. The goal is to reset bad habits, set performance goals, and immediately elevate their intensity and awareness.
Lesson 11+Players now train like pros. The focus is on sharpening decision-making, handling pressure moments, and owning their game identity. We dive into specific match-play strategies, develop their weapon patterns, and elevate their mental game to stay sharp under fire. Each session is personalized to upcoming tournaments, ranking goals, or performance milestones.
Lesson 4-10This is where players level up. Sessions include advanced serve placement drills, directional control on the run, net transition play, and aggressive court positioning. Match-play scenarios, tournament mindset training, and tactical awareness are the focus. I challenge players to think 2–3 shots ahead. Everything becomes match-intentional — we train to compete, not just to hit.
Lesson 2-3We dive deep into technique refinement — especially footwork rhythm, timing, and recovery. Players work on shot variety, tempo control, and improving consistency under fatigue. I introduce drills like the “3-ball live sequence,” “serve + first strike,” and “corner-to-corner under pressure” to blend physicality with tactical precision. Mental toughness training is introduced here, including focus resets and point construction awareness.

Youth players
Working with kidsI adapt each lesson to match the child’s age, energy, and learning style — mixing fun, structure, and skill-building. My goal is to keep kids engaged while teaching strong fundamentals in technique, coordination, and movement. I use games, challenges, and positive reinforcement to build confidence and focus. With over a decade of coaching experience and a background in European training, I make sure every child feels seen, supported, and excited to keep growing every time they step on court.

Working with teenagersWhen I work with teenagers, I create a space where they feel challenged, understood, and empowered. I focus on building strong technique, mental resilience, and confidence on and off the court. I connect with each athlete on a personal level, helping them set clear goals and stay motivated. Whether they’re playing for fun, school, or preparing for competition, my sessions combine intensity, strategy, and mentorship to help them grow into strong, focused, and self-driven players.

What you need to bringStudents should bring a tennis racket, water bottle, and wear athletic clothing and proper tennis shoes. If you don’t have a racket yet, just let me know. I can provide one for the first few lessons.

What I can bringI provide tennis balls, cones, training tools, and extra rackets for new players if needed. I also bring court markers, ladders, and resistance bands for movement and footwork training.
