I've trained with ATP players, D1 champions, players and trained under some of the best Tennis academy's out there. Thought I had met my full potential until I met Coach Regina. She totally simplified the game! She took my Tennis to whole new levels which I didn't know it could go. Before Coach Regina I would really struggle to win matches, but now since working with her, I've been on winning streak ever since! She can quickly identify your weaknesses and turn them into strengths! No matter what level you are, she will bring out the best Tennis in you and you will not be disappointed.

I had a really great experience training with Regina throughout last summer. She was able to correct a lot of fundamental bad habits I had with my backhand and serving. It was also a lot of fun, and an excellent workout hitting around with her. She had a very positive and encouraging attitude in each lesson, which made me want to work harder. I would highly recommend working with Regina if you're looking to improve your game, and want an enjoyable and constructive experience training tennis.

Regina is an amazing instructor!!! She notices the things we need to improve on and compliments the things we are great at. She not only works with students on the court, but off the court too. It really shows that she cares about you as a person and that is a great characteristic that I always look for in a coach. She has helped me improve my entire game in a short period of time. I would definitely recommend her for all ages and levels!!

I hit with Regina several times and still doing it. She is very patience very clear in her instructions and make the things for me very easy to understand. She like demonstrating which is a great help for me! She is always in time for our lesson and we have so much fun either. I strongly recommend her for any kind of players. I saw her hitting with very good young players giving them great coaching. Thanks Regina!!!

Been a wonderful learning experience so far with Regina. I find her lessons continuous and energy sapping regardless of skill level so as a guy looking for a workout in addition to bettering my tennis, it's ideal. She is also a nice and flexible coach who empathizes with a busy schedule and accommodates as much as possible. And I have seen my game improve a noticeable amount within 4 lessons!

How it works
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonEvaluate the level of the player. Determine the comfort level with different strokes (forehand, backhand, serve, volley, etc)
Lesson 11+Teach students tips and help to recognize what they are doing incorrectly. Show them tennis from a scientific point of view. Develop a program that integrates improvement in tennis and physical conditioning.
Lesson 4-10Break down each stroke in detail. Show
Lesson 2-3Help the player to set goals and guide him or her to achieve them.
