Beginner training plan
Your first lessonOn the first lesson I focus on getting you comfortable on the court. We go over basic technique (grip, swing, contact), simple movement, and start hitting right away. I keep it easy to understand so you can feel progress from the first session.
Lesson 2-3We start building consistency. Youβll learn how to control the ball better, improve timing, and move more naturally on the court. I introduce simple rally drills and begin explaining basic tactics in a very simple way.
Lesson 4-10At this stage we focus on consistency, control, and confidence. Youβll start rallying more, learning direction, and understanding how to play points. We keep improving technique while adding more game situations and movement.
Lesson 11+Now it becomes more about your game. We focus on tactics, decision-making, and match play. Sessions are more personalized depending on your goals, whether itβs rallies, technique, or playing matches with confidence.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFirst session is about understanding your game. I watch how you move, hit, and make decisions, then we adjust a few key things right away. Weβll hit a lot and Iβll give you simple, clear feedback you can actually use.
