Activities:
Practice rallying from baseline
Serve + rally to 3 points
Learn full scoring system
Goal: Play a short set or game with someone at a similar level
Lesson 4-10Focus: Stroke mechanics, consistency
Drills:
Drop-hit forehands and backhands
Mini-tennis (short court)
Rallying with slow ball feed
Footwork: Move to forehand/backhand side + recover
Goal: Keep a rally going for 5–7 shots in mini tennis
Focus: Basic serve motion & return position
Drills:
Serve from half court (learn toss and swing)
Return light feeds (split step + short swing)
Goal: Land 3 out of 5 serves in, and return 3/5
