Your first lessonAll the different grips on the racquets and how to understand and refer to them. The main foundational style to play. Three different movements to the ball.
What you need to bringFlat low profile athletic shoes. Flexible clothes. Water.
What I can bringTwo large tennis baskets of balls. The baskets also pick up the balls so there is a fast rate of play.
I bring tennis sweet spot training racquets for better contact practice. I bring foot work tools for training. I bring extra racquets from Wilson to test out / use, as I am a sponsored with Wilson.
