Your first lessonWarm-up routine. Introduce student to agility ladder and its purpose. Inform the student about the 5 strokes I will teach. Start with forehand stance and movement. Hit balls from a stationary position. Drills for forehand.
Lesson 11+Warm-up exercises and agility ladder. Practice strokes until basic mastery of all strokes is achieved.
Lesson 4-10Warm-up drills, agility ladder. Review of previous lessons. Teach remaining strokes. Feed balls to student to monitor progress. Drills for all strokes.
Lesson 2-3Warm-up routine. Agility ladder. Review of the forehand stroke. Describe backhand stroke and its function. Work on backhand technique. Hit balls from stationary position. Drills for backhand.
