Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst, we go over the tennis basics and practice some hitting to figure out what areas to focus on during training.
Lesson 11+You’ll be ready to play more tennis matches with your friends and start hitting the ball more confidently.
Lesson 4-10You’ll begin building your tennis character and spend more time playing on the court.
Lesson 2-3You’ll develop a greater passion for the sport while working on improving your ball striking.
Youth players
Working with kidsFor kids is better to focus on group sessions so they enjoy all the training.
Working with teenagersWe try yo achieved our goals each session and finish with a mini match.
