Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lessons we will go over techniques, and they will start getting a groove with hand fed balls.
Lesson 2-3They will still be working on their technique, and will have some slow live ball added to the mix.
Lesson 4-10They should be able to have the techniques engrained, and we will be able to add more live ball without them being so mechanical.
Lesson 11+At this point, mainly live ball. As well as point and game strategy.
What you need to bringIf possible the students can bring a racket and a water bottle, and
What I can bringI can bring the tennis balls, and a racket for the student to use if needed.
