5 years of teaching experience, with youth & adults at beginner & intermediate level of play. Strong focus on footwork, balance, agility, & the various types of swing. My teaching style is fun, energetic, & engaging. Willing to travel up to an hour from zip code 17104.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonVolley with them to assess their skill level. We can record the session so we have a record to confirm baseline.
Lesson 2-3We can come up with a plan of action together to set our first goals with timelines.
Lesson 4-10Weekly we can work on the goals established & check in to see if we want to edit the plan.
Lesson 11+Re-evaluate &/or come up with new goals. Put together a training regimen that will help us to meet the new or updated goals.
Youth players
Working with kidsI follow a similar plan as adults however I do make it more fun & interactive. I will engage with the kid’s parents as well so we can all be on the same page.
I am more prone to making sure kids have more breaks & are hydrating for their safety.
Working with teenagersSame as I would with kids, I do engage them more seeking to help them un& articulate their game & strategies to improve.
