I'm a passionate tennis player who began my journey in 2014. Throughout the years, I played for my Division 3 college team and gained valuable coaching experience at a country club. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will evaluate your forehand, backhand, and serves then make some changes.
Lesson 11+We will continue to rally and play games.
Lesson 4-10We will do forehand, backhand, volley, over head, slicing drills. We will rally and play games.
Lesson 2-3We will keep practicing those fundamental techniques learned in the first lesson.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe will gage your forehand, backhand, and serves. We will work on drills. We will possibly play a set.
Lesson 11+We will continue working on drills and play games/sets.
Lesson 4-10We will continue working on drills and play games/sets.
Lesson 2-3We will continue working on drills and play games/sets.
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen I teach kids, I adapt my lessons to be interactive and engaging, using games that make learning fun. Patience and encouragement are #1 to create a positive and supportive environment in which young players feel confident and excited to learn.
Working with teenagersWhen I teach teenagers, I adapt my lessons to balance skill development.. I incorporate advanced drills (cross court and down the line) to improve accuracy and consistency.
What you need to bringPlease bring a tennis racket, tennis shoes, lots of water, and your A-game.
